I always wonder why sometimes i'm not brave enough to give answers during tutorials. it's not like i don't know the answer (to some ques maybe) but i just couldn't get myself to blurt out the answer. take the ocd class for example. since i just came back from the class. .
situation;
tutor (gareth): what's the most efficient way to communicate with workers? (silence) come on. . be brave. we all have done managerial comm. . (which i'm takin dis sem)
in my thoughts: face-to-face communication
maurico: one on one?
gareth: yes.
see. i knew the answer. but i just kept my mouth shut. blew up my chance to impress gareth for class participation marks. so smart.
maybe it's because of the different environment. but to tell the truth, it's pretty much the same. there are international students as well. the only different is u see caucasians more than asians. so wat is my problem anyway? or maybe i think i don't trust myself. so i don't trust my own answers. haih. .
anyways, got our group assgmt marks back. there were no marks. only grades. so my group got C for the report. but D for the presentation. cool huh? ;) is it because all my group members are australians? hermm. . one of the reasons yes. since they're good at giving ideas spontaneously. especially beth. credit to her.
C goes for marketing strategy group assgmt as well. this one, my group members are asians! in fact, we're all malaysians! ahaha. they're good. especially wayne, and sue lin.
gotta do much much better for the 2nd assgmts.
i'm off to prepare for marketing strategy and mc's presentation tomorrow. wish me luck!
ta!
